I arrived into this new year without “my word,” but as I reflect I’ve discovered I actually have two words: “overwhelming gratitude”.

“I don’t know how to hold board members accountable.”  This is something I have heard twice in the last four weeks by 2 frustrated Board Chairs and Executive Directors. 

“men who understood the times and knew what Israel should do…”

“Me, myself, and I are not the Holy Trinity. Me, myself, and I are not a collaborative effort. Me, myself, and I are not sustainable.”

I’ve seen the perceived conflict between “doing good” and “best practices” collide in the minds of executives, attorneys, on-the-ground service providers and administrators.
